We developed a management system that would help offices in the US, Japan and the UK to work together and streamline processes to make sure quotes, meetings and contact information was all accessible from one place.
By developing this system we helped combat several issues within the company including the difficulty of keeping in touch within different timezones by developing a p2p live chat system for staff to lease out of hours.
